What to expect at your initial consultation. 

Thank you for scheduling an initial consultation. Due to COVID-19, all meetings are conducted via phone or Google Meets.  During the meeting, I will ask a lot of questions to make sure I cover every base. So don't worry about missing an important detail. If it helps you remember everything, write it down before our meeting and send it to me via email or text.

Please have all documents associated with your claim gathered up before our meeting.  Examples of documents typically associated with employment cases are your termination or resignation letter, emails, texts, personal notes, your most recent paystub, and/or your performance review. If you can, send me all of the documents before our meeting either via email at rachel@mcelroylawfirm.com or text a picture of them to 412.620.8725.
